Judge Lane has no grasp of the law. He ruled the same on two cases I had, but in one he recommended denial of Plaintiff and in the other he ruled for Plaintiff! Not sure how you can use the same reasoning to reach two different results, but he found a way. Even on the case that went in favor of my client his ruling was so awful it may have hurt the case more than to have him ruled against me and then win on appeal! Needs to study more... on a pro-government bent for sure!
