Civil Litigation - Private

Rating:1.0
Comments:
If your client is a large pharmaceutical company, you will win regardless of the facts. He continues to be the best insurance defense lawyer in the courtroom. He has no clue how to be objective. A neo-fascist at heart, this judge is the perfect next choice for Bush's Supreme Court.

Rating:10.0
Comments:
He is a true scholar and the enjoys the legal issues in law. He likes trials and is accomodating to the trial lawyers. He has followed plea agreements in every case except one that I know about. He usually stays near the bottom of the guidelines.
