Hon. Javan Joielle Patton (Jefferson) Judge Javan Patton helped defraud a lawyer. Said lawyer did work for a client and was ordered to pay the client about $2,000,000. There was no misconduct on the part of the lawyer, yet the order was made anyway. Witnesses were precluded from testifying because a fake link was provided. There were other Due Process violations that led to the judgement. Hon. Carmen E. Bosch (Baldwin) Demeanor is inappropriate. Acts as though she’s auditioning for a role in a high school play. Our team of reporters has now recorded her 7x for our investigative reporting. She is easily swayed by other judges family members who practice before her. We have documented one specific individual who consistently states”questionable “ service, she falls for it every time. Never once has she asked for details. Our team went to the PFA division, verified perfect service every time. Our expose’ will regrettably confirm the numerous complaints we investigated as being accurate. She has put innocent lives in danger by her ongoing refusal to include law enforcement when litigants attempt to recover belongings. We found this to be consistent repeatedly. Nearby counties insist on law enforcement officers as vital. She blows off requests and her demeanor is obvious as to her lack of understanding the seriousness of the situation.
