Respondent filed an order of protection upon her husband making a verbal threat to end her world and no idea of what's coming to her. Husband owns various fire arms, has substance abuse, and alcoholic and displays erratic behavior. Mother was denied order of protection because Judge said she had no physical body harm on her when she is the care of her infant child. Father has used this denial of Order of protections to diminish mom's credibility and continues to use the legal system to abuse her.
