He removed Kanye West from the Arizona ballot and is Deliberately meddling in our United States of America democracy. Shame on you! But based on the other comment below it makes perfect sense. You’re probably bought and paid for by Soros organization or something like that. We need to get these corrupt judges out of office. Make note because there will be a time when we will be voting For his seat in the Arizona supreme Court. for his seat in the Arizona supreme Court. We need to make sure To deny his access to medal in our elections. I’ve been voting Pinal County for many years, but I’m changing it to Maricopa County so I can post my vote against him. Do you job or get out! Arizona is a swing state , and for him to take Kanye West off of our ballot shows that the Democrats are scared and worried about Kanye siphoning votes from them.

Does not read pre-trial briefs carefully. Requires issues to be orally argued even after briefs are filed, then issues rulings that defy AZRFLP. When MFR are filed, has difficulty with being questioned on his ruling then can become one sided. I have been before him on 3 differing instances in family court. I always advise seeking a change in judges if sent before him. One ruling overturned on appeal. He recused himself when the case was remanded.
