Judge Polk allowed the judges under his oversight to break the laws, violate both the state and us constitutional rights of the people. He broke the same laws and committed the same violations. Families are torn apart, estates are robbed and all under the approval of the judges. The judges do benefit financially. The court system is a very well organized criminal syndicate. There is NO justice, there are no "rights" except what they want to give you. People must fight back to preserve our rights and get rid of these predators. The judges and attorneys breaking the laws and violating the rights of the people must be investigated, prosecuted and put in prison AND have to pay back all the damages that they have caused families. This is called accountability!

Polk looked up information outside the record presented to him and incorporated it in his ruling. This is a violation of judicial ethics.

Judge Polk is a very good judge in my opinion. He really listens in the courtroom to both sides. He is very restful to all parties. It is obvious he comes prepared and thoroughly reads the documents presented. Thank you Judge Polk for being one of the better judges.

He listens to the facts. He is conservative so the process is slow but the outcome is based on the facts. If you do not follow his rulings then you will lose.
