This judge gave the child I was caretaker of to for almost ten years to her Mother who had no legitimate place to live, was testing positive for drugs, had two assault charges resulting in two judgements for her ex wife's hospital stays that were recent, three child cruelty charges, countless drug arrests and had been declared insane by the state. I am a very successful real estate broker and investor and I have not as much as a parking ticket in more than 20 years. I took impeccable, extraordinary care of my Granddaughter for almost ten years. This judge loved the criminal Mother and Not me, the honorable caretaker who offered safety, security and stability.

Horrible Judge. She's on a power trip and it is evident. They need to remove the Honorable before this Judge's name. She is most certainly not an honorable person. She is biased and favors men. If you look are her record in the short lived time in family Court, you will see more favorable rulings for men, regardless of the evidence. If she does not like you, you will not receive blind justice. I do not believe she has any children which is why she can be so indifferent to their safety. I am so glad she is no longer in family Court. I hope that an investigation into her financials reveals the truth about this dishonorable Judge.

Judge Nicholls is by far the worst judge for family court and I am glad she was removed from it. I don’t have to say much when I state she took my friend’s daughters from her and placed them with father, now they live under a house ran by the cartel. The children’s stepmother is currently in jail because was indicted with multiple counts of money laundering, drug trafficking including fentanyl and other criminal counts. Father and stepmother are literal criminals while mother is part of a community that supports mental health awareness, disability and fitness. In addition, mother holds a graduate degree while father never finished high school, shows a lot about character. Judge Nicholls ordered a CAA report and CAA clearly stated all the above to be true as well as stating that father was clearly alienating children from mother and judge Nicholls did absolutely nothing. Mother was ripped apart from her children on false allegations from father and even after proof was presented she refused to acknowledge it. I pray for all the families this judge as damaged.

Judge Nicholls is harsh, but fair. She is not afraid to put someone in their place over minutiae even if she feels they should win the “battle.” I have been on both sides of her scrutiny as a parent with a high conflict co-parent, and I never felt that she just wanted to “get it over with,” so to speak.

Whenever she had anything negative to say about me, she always quite literally explained her reasoning and told me what I could do to make her view me more favorably. She obviously wanted each parent to get their sh*t together.

I could not ask for anything better in a family court judge. I am heartbroken she has been moved out of family court.

Nicholls is literally one of the worst people to have working as a judge. Judges are FAIR and she completely did my AZ CHILD SUPPORT WORKSHEET incorrectly in 2021. I noticed this when I went for a modification in 2023 and noticed that the new judge put that I had my children 40% of the time (like it has been since 2021) yet Nicholls put that I only had them 19.5% of the time in the child support worksheet she initially did and the court order states I have them 40% of the time. she is so unfair and I wish there was something I could do to make her reverse everything she did. My children were involved in a cps case with the other parent which Nicholls did not care about. She also failed to put on my az child support worksheet that I was paying 500.00 for daycare. I have no clue why no one has looked into her cases. I read before that she does everything at her convenience and it SHOWS!

` Judge Nicholls has to be the worst Judge Ive had, she took my daughter away from me from a 50/50 custody agreement to me having her 20% of the time and having no final say.
My childs father is abusive to her physically and emotionally, he cant hold a job and drives around leaving my daughter in the car while he does ubereats, he has his license suspended multiple times. I have had proof over and over but this Judge didnt care. I have a beautiful clean home, clean background, never been in jail or ever arrested, never been on drugs. I am a good Mother who now has a 6 month old. I deserve to have my daughter and I barley get to talk to her while shes away. Its been 2 weeks now and not one phone call from her. This is the most painful thing a Mother could ever live through is being away from her child when she is a good Mother and loves her child unconditionally. I hope Karma gets Judge Nicholls, she isnt a Mother and cant even imagine how I feel, yet she determined the future to my child. Its been over a year now this little girl has barley seen her Mother, all because Nicholls didnt care to listen to me.

The worse judge ever. Very rude and is ok with endaring the lives of children. She should never be a family court judge. She carried on my case for 2 years and the respondent never showed up to court. It wasn't until I changed judges that I was finally able to get custdy of my kids and save them from their drug addict abusive mother. She doesn't care about DCS and evidence of child abuse. She told me that the only reason that our case was having issues was because mother doesn't have transportation. I just can't believe she was promoted by Doug Ducey. Just goes to show that bad weeds never die. She made my life a nightmare. Tips of advice would be to change judges immediately if she is appointed to your case. You will not see justice or recieve a fair trial.

This judge gave my granddaughter to a life long drug addict, who was currently still on drugs. I had given her the best life since she was 3. She is now 12 and I even gave her a tour with the principal of the middle school she was about to attend. Ms. Nicole hired an ex addict as an investigator, who clearly announced herself as such in order to let me know whose side she was on. I asked if she did criminal background checks and she said she couldn't afford it. I told her about her Mother's two recent assault and battery charges, three child cruelty charges, and countless drug arrests and neither the investigator nor the judge cared at all. I have two r.e. brokers licenses, 850 credit and not even a traffic citation on my record in 20 years. How this person ever became a family law superior court judge, I will never know. My granddaughter's life is now in danger and her life is ruined. All my good focus and work, dance, cooking, art classes, structure and stability is gone thanks to the very poor judgement of this judge. My Granddaughter's safety and stability should have been the focus. Instead somehow, the judge managed to make me, with an extraordinarily perfect record and unmatched generosity, appear to be the bad guy. It was beyond comprehension. This woman ruins children's lives and should never be a Superior Court Judge!

Shane on this judge for not protecting children abs putting them first.

This judge takes judgement to the next level. She takes no ownership to her mistakes in overlooking circumstantial evidence.

She has no consideration of children safety or mental well being. I know a person who has been in court in and out and the man she is claiming custody against is a monster! She also violated HIPPA LAWS and Oder of Protection by giving the abuser personal information to find her and do it again.

Her position needs to be taken from her. She is pure evil and seems to be interested in hurting all parties involved including the children.

This family law judge is a homewrecker. Suzanne Nicholls rushes to decisions, making judgements without any reason and barely considering evidence. Nicholls indicates to the Respondent that the Petitioner was in contempt regarding a stipulation but then gives the Petitioner final say on the issue the Petitioner was found in contempt of? This judge contradicts herself. Judge Nicholls has little understanding about family, kids and parenting. She should not be a judge in family law. This judge can be removed by voting her out. On election day where it indicates Judges of the Superior Court "Shall the following Judges of the Superior Court be retained in office?" Vote "NO" on Suzanne M. Nicholls, Division 76

She has has been very bias and unfair. Nicholls, Suzanne Has prolonged the case & has made decisions with prejudice. The man she is siding with is a 6 time felon, he’s dangerous drug dealer. Alcoholic and abusing his new partner, she recently sent pictures and videos of this dangerous man destroying her and her children property & hitting her. She has put herself and her children in Domestic violence shelter. This judge refuses to investigate his current and background incidents. My grandchildren are in hands of a dangerous criminal. Judge Suzanne Nicoles is siding with him. He’s never had a hand in raising or providing for these children. She’s horrible human. We cannot afford an attorney or we’d hire one.

Judge Nicholls does not rule with the safety of the children in mind. She is rude and does not have understand of statutes. She is by far the worst judge and does not deserve her seat amongst the Superior Court Judges. She goes into cases with her mind made up before hearing all sides. Her lack of knowledge is detrimental and her court reports are not factual in the least bit. If she does not like you it shows. She is unfair and doesn’t care about showing it. If you can avoid have your case herd in front of her. It’s unfortunate because your child will be caught in the middle leaving them feeling unprotected.

Judge Nicholls was incorrect in her interpretation of a statute. Using this error, she refused to sign a stipulated order, causing delays, costs and stress to the litigants, all unnecessarily. Her temperament is awful-rude and dismissive. I would never appear in front of her again.
