My child was removed from the state of Arizona without a parent or guardian in direct violation of existing court orders. This judge dismissed my petition without any consideration for the exhibits and accused me of making up lies and conspiracy theories. When a pattern of behavior is proven that a child is being taken out of state against court orders repeatedly, and that child’s parent has dual citizenship in a foreign country, and a judge refuses to act, he is accepting responsibility for anything that happens to that child. When children get taken out of state and turn up permanently missing or dead this judge will be to blame. No legality in this judges court room. Complete circus and pony show. Not to mention my life was threatened and I was stalked for 3 years in connection to my family court case, but judge refuses to acknowledge that I have been under duress or the corruption occurring in the court room.
