[redacted by Ed.] He runs a speed trap and games the system with out of town people. He has no respect for the law as far as trial law goes. He should have stuck to landscaping. He refuses to respond to motions and threatens to charge you with contempt if he doesn't like what you say. Check and see where all of the money is going from the traffic fines!!
