Judge Farrar was the judge in my father's probate hearing. My step sister was my father's guardian prior to his death. She destroyed his will and attempted to become his PR. When my brother and I produced our copies of the will naming us as PRs she and her lawyer contested us. For the next three years she contested us in court filing phony charges.My brother and I finally showed overwhelming evidence our step sister robbed our father before and after his death. Farrar ruled in direct contradiction to the evidence. She also refused to let us see details of a trust our father set up that would have us confirm if his will was updated. Farrar also allowed our step sister to remain as our step mother's guardian and conservator afterwards. Judge Farrar should not be a judge. She should not be a lawyer let alone a judge.

Judge Farrar contradicted federal laws abs ignored state laws to award money to a substandard attorney and her client. Judge Farrar ignored facts of court staff typing false court reports abs having them filled in the record. Allowed opposing party to dodge service and failed to consolidate civil court issues pertaining to same party's involving minor children. Any and every factor to present a bias opinion were facilitated in her court. Out right illegal actions and a preponderance of evidence and facts that shows the Court was grossly negligent and maintained a prejudicial bias against the father. Ordering the division of disability retirement pay despite federal and state laws.

Judge Farrar was the judge in my father's probate hearing. Despite overwhelming evidence that my step sister, my father and step mother's guardian and conservator, robbed my father blind before and after his death she ruled in direct contradiction to the evidence. She also kept my step sister as my step mother's guardian and conservator afterwards. Judge Farrar is not an honest person and a disgrace to the bench.
