Extremely biased, most incompetent, unprofessional judge on the bench. Refused to read and consider stated facts in the case backed by hard evidence before dismissing two civil cases due to conflicts of interest. Impossible to achieve a fair and impartial hearing with Judge Lundy. Makes people wonder who is paying him.

very poor indeed! He is not fair or impartial. His personal life is of greater importance to him than his position or being fair in handling matters in court. He lacks compassion and ethic. He is unable to treat disabled citizens and veterans fairly, as he displays a certain attitude toward such person.

He lacks ethic and compassion, he displays egocentric and neurotic behavior with an outward negative attitude and was in no way understanding or atleast caring in regards to resolving a civil matter of a writ of replevin to regain rightful possession of a vehicle taken from this disabled veteran. He didn't want to grant the fee waiver until I sited federal and state law provisions and even then, he only granted the waiver to throw the case out of his court based on a statute of limitations which does not exist as such in this instance.
After experiencing his lack of professionalism, it is in my humble opinion, he should be investigated and possibly have his official bond revoked along with his robe.
This is suppose to be an office of a public servant who has taken an oath and is expected to uphold that oath. This merits looking into. Someone should replace him. If nobody runs against him, he should be replaced by the appointment of his superiors.
