Kenworthy is definitely a Good Ole Boy member. He often ignores any and all court etiquette in order to assist his friends in cases that are often lacking any merit or cause. He uses his position to intentionally hurt people who have cases before him. He will also modify court recordings to remove any improper behavior that could expose his high level of bias and prejudice... He is the ultimate 'Yes Man' for the shady practices that plague our legal system.. He is a disgrace to his profession and to those who strive to maintain a healthy and ethical presence in the legal arena.

I've been in his courtroom for 30 months, as a victim in a negligent homicide case. Judge Kenworthy seems to take the time to listen to all three sides. I feel he gives latitude to non professionals such as myself, and makes an effort to be fair to all parties involved. He normally does not rush to judgement, instead continues the case to give him time to study the point in question before making a ruling. Once he makes a ruling, he seems to stand by it. I am confident he goes out of his way to be fair and impartial.

This is the most mentally unstable person on the bench ever experienced in the past twenty years practicing law. He displays anger fits on the bench. He demonstrates a complete ignorance of substantive law. This is the classic example of what you get when a good 'ol boy runs for election to be a judge in Yuma, AZ. I pity any Mexican litigant appearing before this "judge."
