More than 20 years, violating the rights of self represented litigants, stead siding with the represented in every instance.
I once heard him tell a litigant that he called to the bench..."I don't care what principle your case is built on; you will not prevail in this court, so, if you wish to withdrawal your counterclaim, i will refund your filing fees, but today only". I had to hang my head in shame. What a disgrace to the institution, and the industry. Reagan, appointed by special interest miscreants, was never qualified to sit, and leaves a legacy of distrust and disdain in the eyes of his constituents. violating his oath hourly, defiling himself for the benefit of his corporate minions. Incompetent to administer justice, when the masses rise and bring him forward to answer for his malfeasance, he, will swing until sunset, so that others will see the consequence of violating the sacred oath of office. Now everyone will know mike.
