This judge doesn't even try to hide his bias against attorneys not of his district that try cases before him. In my last case with him he seemed to already have the order written before the all day hearing even began. He misstated the facts and clearly did not understand the complexity of the issues and the briefs prepared to assist him. I will never appear in his court again.
