Worst most biased judge you could possibly have if you're there for a minor infraction be prepared to wait all day. Will openly mock and humiliate you and likes to act as some sort of parental figure toys every single defendant in the room . Will use at least 20 minutes on a simple case that could be taken care of in less than 10 minutes, instantly looks over to The quirk to gossip in between defendants. Holds grudges and asked very irrationally towards people who she is not fond of

Arrogant, relishes belittling defendant, Makes outlandish accusations, seems to enjoy her ability to embarrass the one before her. enjoys playing with those who are simply there for no valid DL, but enjoys being the great grandmother of women who cannot pass the test but very encouraging toward younger Latina defendants. Altogther an odious, slanderous bombastic court officer.

Although I like her style in some matters she takes many issues way up personal to be a sitting judge. When a judge with do just that without all the facts and not ask a question or the right questions then yours, mine, there’s and our democracy is tainted and threatened. As a soldier whose been shot, and blown up sees this kind of disgraces it bothers me. Today I saw a friend personally judged by her, Berate and slander in an open court of law for something I factually know my friend did not commit then say the victim was suffering because of my friends actions along with other personal insults to her, it made my skin crawl. Even her ignorant clerk said “it sounds like a personal problem” to us just made me feel really sad for those who have to step into W3 at the West Justice Center. Sleazy is what comes to mind when I think of this courtroom and those whom work in it.
If I had the time to tell you the actual story you’d feel the same way.

Judge Carrillo displayed extreme bias in favor of DV abuser! She tore child out of mother's safe home to his sporadic, dead beat, abusive father's home during his response to TRO she granted against! Changed him from abuser to victim on his perjured testimony because he had attorney turning deaf ear on mother lacking attorney but had evidence to sustain TRO this judge now negated! Example; abuser stole her car, hit when pregnant, threatened suicide with child, ignored child's needs of food and clothing upon returns from visits. Due to lack of police reporting, judge denied continuous for supporting witnesses to be present!

Mother only given alternate weekends & stripped of legal custody thereby fueling abuser's revenge against her & taken all stability from child, subjecting him to dangerous living environment. Preschool stopped and replaced by TV, diet coke & pot smoke part of daily life for 3 year old!

All consideration of child's best interest in a safe & secure home traded for preferential treatment of abuser! Mother is true victim ordered to batterer and alcohol class (4 years sober) warning against ever claiming DV against abuser! Case needs impromptu drug test of abuser and lie detector since judge displays no doubt of perjured testimony in appeal!

How and why is this woman a judge?
