This man should have been taken off the bench in 2014 he then was already gaining a track record for being on the males side in Dv and custody litigation and revoking most woman's right to voice in cases, he has taken children from good mothers and has put them in unfortunate situations with unstable fathers who were only trying to gain custodial rights to there children to trump the mothers first hand rights in the separation. Most of these cases have gone on to have severely unsatisfactory outcomes on the mothers ability to gain proper rights to her placed joint custody. Also there has been reports of parties whome have complained of custodial parents who have been able to go to review without properly informing the non custodial parent and have been rewarded continued rights, even with out proper evidence as to the noncustodials cooperation and status with communication. This is not a judge this is a stain in the board of justice ..... FOR SHAME

pritchard is biased, he doesn't like women much, especially when it comes to dv or child support custody cases. he has a bad short temper airs on the side of uneducated in law and cocky! uses his opinions instead of law and facts. he's been known to come off as abrasive and even abusive to women. he will overtalk you and ask questions but if he doesn't like the answer becomes irritable. i have seen him make mistakes when making judgment calls, and puts most things into a one fits all in family law! [Redacted by Ed.] a factual case he sat in on led to 12 more years of domestic abuse and marital rape resulting in 5 pregnancies farthing gluing and trauma bonding the victim to her abuser. [Redacted by Ed.]/ visitation would only allow the father to farther use the court or kids to abuse her. to keep control of this case he refuse to allow the case to be heard by anyone else and denied all venue changes and or appeals, [Redacted by Ed.].his term is ending in 2025 and the woman will be able to finally be able to have a divorce and financial help.

Does not care if parties have a contract - I actually don't know how he even judges cases since he doesn't use facts and doesn't care about a signed agreement. Sides with his buddy lawyers. HORRIBLE judge and a joke of a judcial system in Ridgecrest!

Not able to understand or enforce simple (roofing) contracts where terms were clearly in black and white, forged by defendant’s own hand. Asked if settlement the was agreeable to defendant (male), without asking petitioner (female). “Good old boys club” As females call it in this town.

Doesn’t read or consider contracts. Does not acknowledge law in cases. “Feels” his way through interpretations. I think his disability clouds his judgement. Legal counsel advised me not to be too “opinionated”, bc the judges take offense to strong females. Disregarded a roofing contract also. Disgusting.

Burn your paper on this guy.
Pritchard has never stopped being an attorney. He rewards strategy and games but only if it isn't smarter then his strategy or game. He does NOT know how to adjust to the judicial point of view. He is part of an ole boys club that does not include women. He wrongly believes he knows more than any attorney or litigant who appears before him. He is short tempered, and inappropriate on the bench. If you do not pander to his ego, he will cut you down quickly and feel justified in doing so.

He discounted me saying I had a duty to make sure the roof certification was good and that I waited 2 years too long to report it, after he made it clear the inspection was done negligently.

But held my friend responsible in a separate suit for something that wasn't negligent and happened 12 years ago.

The judges are rumored to side with the men, even when they're flat wrong.

It's getting really, really old.

As a judge he moves things along way too fast, finishing a person's sentences, making assumptions too quickly, and tends to seem as though he enjoys being the center of attention. He is in charge of matters, but he seems as if he has a chip on his shoulder and he lets everyone know, like a grouchy uncle.
