Judge Abzug is very professional. He's respectful. He treats parties and attorneys with dignity.

Great temperment and always allows both parties to speak...sometimes to the point where the hearing runs a bit too long. Great on the law and takes time to read the applicable caselaw. I find his court is very fair. Attorneys who are ill-prepared or do not know the law will have a harder time in his court.

Judge Abzug is an embarrassment to the judiciary. He is a prosecution whore and will do whatever they want him to. Setting aside for the moment his goofy hair (probably the funniest thing you will ever see), he is a prosecution butt kisser with no mind of his own. [Redacted by Ed.] He literally is the worst judge I have ever seen in 30 years of practice.
