Hearing today March 8, 2021 with this Judge Akemi Arakaki. I was told todays court was to determine INDIAN LINEAGE. Which has been requested for over 3yrs. The child in question. (AMARYAN SCOTT 03/05/04) TO DATE They have not contacted anyone in my family. My mothers mom is (AMARYAN SCOTTS) Great granma full CHEROKEE also on her moms side is BLACK FOOT. Also my child AMARYAN has been MISSING for over YEAR. During this court hearing they INTENTIONALLY HAD ME ON MUTE. How can they make motions on a child left in there PROTECTIVE CARE and havent spoken to the child in over a year. The last report they sent me, they put false information on stating FOSTER PARENT WAS JASON SCOTT my son.It is obvious the Social Worker is not doing there job. AMARYAN was removed from there home back in 2017 when his wife got sick.she has been in several group homes since 2017. When she was dropped off at the DCFS office in Pomona The opposing lawyer LIED UNDER OATH TODAY..WHEN SHE STATED THE CHILD IS STILL REFUSING TO COME HOME TO HER MOTHER. SHE HAVENT SEEN OR SPOKEN TO AMARYAN IN OVER A YEAR. They have called me on asking have I SEEN OR HEARD FROM HER.
