Horrible, biased, close-minded judge who rubberstamps CFS recommendations on juvenile cases. She rarely looks up from her computer and papers and will not change her mind once reading the CFS recommendation. She does not welcome well prepared "outside" attorneys and thinks she knows the law but doesn't bother to apply it independently. Even one of the court appointed attorneys told me she is horrible. She is part of the problem that gives CFS a bad reputation for mistreating and warehousing kids in a broken system.

As a Civil Rights Leader, Advocate and a Courtroom Observer, I would say this judge is the worst [Redacted by Ed.]
judge ever sat in any courtroom across the country that I have visited. [Redacted by Ed.] She the judge that loosing attorneys run to for help and save their case. Once in her courtroom she told a litigant that she doesn't care about evidence he had, but only interested in what the corporate attorney had produced. In one instance, after one court found that Plaintiff, a homeowner had solid case of fraud against the US Bank, N.A., and ordered the case for trial, the lawyer representing the bank sought her help. During a pre-trial hearing, she sent a note to the presiding judge of the case to send the parties to her courtroom following that hearing. When the parties went to her courtroom, in obvious abuse of her discretion, she just dismissed the case.

Horrible judge. Ive been fighting CPS since 2018 and she wouldnt even look at evidence from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department showing that the social worker lied & falsified documents against me. My reunification services were terminated because of the lies from the social worker. My daughter was sexually abused at the age of 4 years old in foster care and she didnt do anything. I did everything they told me to do but because the social worker lied & falsified documents & the judge wouldnt look at the evidence proving she was i lost my 3 children. All this judge cares about is making money off of children.

Incredible patience, insured absolute fairness but did not bend the rules. Handled evidentiary objections very well.
