This judge stated as a parent, you have NO Constitutional rights. As well, he stated homeschooling is NOT proper. Time and again he has allowed perjury, ignored court ordered violations, ignores medical documentations, allows constant harassment by CPS and Sheriffs and the list goes on. When confronted in a private setting of his destructive rulings, he cast his eyes downward saying, "I'm sorry" then walked away without further discussion. This is MORE than cowardly, this is an agenda.

Even though the police reports, CPS reports, FCS reports and those by an independent evaluator all recommended that her children be placed with her, Judge Amador decided that he knew better and ruled against the mother of my friend's children. He acknowledged that the father drank all the time and had lied on the stand, but to him, my friend's supposed drug use 30 years before took precedence (even though she hasn't used since and took 3 separate drug tests at random times that showed she was drug free). The children were crushed and they have had to live with a dad that can be violent, doesn't cook for them (the 11 year old had to take responsibility for that). Judge Amador made up his mind at the very first court date (one of his first dates after being elected) and then would never waiver from that. If you are an arrogant jerk, he will like you, because you are just like him!!!

Judge Amador has a find judicial temperament and a heart for the family law bench. Unfortunately, he does not understand the matters that are before him. He makes up law and fills in blanks in the facts as he sees them, and he does not understand the family cases that are before him. He has made two rulings in front of me that are factually and legally erroneous. 180 degrees from the real facts, it is inexplicable that he apparently sees facts and recites facts that do no exist. As one attorney had described, if there were five experts in the room, he would still be the one that was right.
