Richard Monroy is a razorblade in an apple. In his role as a judge, he is personable but beware: Inside his skin there lurks a dark heart whose unwavering loyalty is to a police state. He has no genuine regard for individuals constitutional rights or the rule of law, in any instance when our law stands for the individual against government. Even when it comes to whether a concrete fact is true or false, Judge Monroy will always "find" that a government agent is telling the "truth" no matter how blatant and obvious the lie. He is simply unable, or unwilling, to separate truth from lie if the lie is issued by the government in his court. Beneath his cordial veneer, Judge Monroy at his bone is a government henchman. Even factual innocence is stomped on by him. What is worse is that Judge Monroy seems blind to how totally biased he is. His bias is so deep that he is visibly unable to comprehend a more balanced way to view each side in a criminal justice clash between the government and the person. So beware: fairness in his court is NOT POSSIBLE.
