Terrible judget. Lost a restraining order against a psycho ex. I have no money and he even wanted me to pay their lawyer fees when I can't even afford a lawyer. Ex runs an all-cash under the table business and I am unemployed.

If your a man you are in trouble!. The mother of our child, took my child and moved to Pennsylvania. She is an attorney with Sheppard Mullin, a huge law firm in LA. She filed a restraining order in an effort to help her stay out of state. She lost, she purged herself as well, but the judge didn’t care. At the very beginning of the restraining order case the judge stated that he already knew that mother would keep the child and the father would only visit. If you have this judge and you are a man you had better request a new judge or you will lose your child. I had another child who he would not even take into consideration. He also doesn’t know the law when it comes to what income is taxable and should be included in the child support order. He included auto reimbursement, cell phone reimbursement as money to be included in the child support order.

Hon. Randall F. Pacheco was able to see through the machinations and fraudulent behavior of a globe-trotting pathological user in order to grant me a green card fraud (marriage fraud-based) annulment. The relief is indescribable.

This Judge is fair and you can tell that he looks at all of the evidence prior to your hearing. I felt like he was really trying to make the best decision for our child. I see some comments saying he is bias towards women but I did not get that at all. I think he try's to make the best decision after hearing both sides. I am glad that I did not see these comments prior to my hearing because I would have been even more nervous than I already was. I am happy to say that my experience with this judge was pleasant. He is a very nice judge that seems to really care.

He is not a fair judge when it comes to children. He is biased against women. He does not read evidence. He speaks any kind of way and does not seem to know the laws he breaks. Get the transcript because he is a piece of work. He lets your children be abused. He only likes the party that has an attorney even when the they are wrong. He allows children to be with the abusive parent despite evidence. If you can get another Judge ASAP.

It is clear that Judge Pacheco reads the pleadings prior to the hearing. He was deliberate in his ruling and frequently cited facts in making his decisions. He acknowledges each parties' competing interests and addresses each issue clearly, concisely, and effectively.

Judge Pacheco wouldn’t be qualified to judge a playground tussle.He is that Incompetent and untrustworthy. He needs to be tested for senility or dementia. If ever a judge need to step down, he’s it. Give people of Long Beach what they deserve- a competent and fair judge.

He is biased towards women. He does not care if children are being and endangered etc. He makes nasty comments. He does not read declarations and asks questions that could have been answered if he read it or examined evidence provided. He only cares for respondents especially if they Legal representation. He is not a just and fair judge. He will knowingly put your children in the wrong hands. He prolongs court cases for almost a year. He takes advantage especially if you can not afford legal representation and does not go by the law. How does he keep getting voted in every year? He is a travesty to our court system. He is failing children.

In my experience this Judge carefully reads the pleadings, knows the law and applies it with intelligence and kindness. He has a great deal of experience and always strives to do the right thing. I may not always win or get what I want, but, I see that he has been fair and equitable in cases.

I would strongly advise getting another judge if you are going for a temporary restraining order! it will not get granted. It does not matter if you show course of conduct ,it does not matter if you show emotional distress ,it does not matter if you show stalking . this judge already has his mind made up when you walk in the door especially if you are a minority. He will not try to look at all of your evidence he will not want to hear your whole case .he will ask you to point out important things you feel are important and that’s it. Be cautious when he ask you if you have anything else to add you really need to sell your story because then he will no longer allow you to talk. He sides with the respondents 99.9% of the time. if there is no physical violence where you have literally beat the shit out of someone or vice versa he is not going to grant it to you . You are better off getting it continued and trying to get a different judge. in my opinion this judge is just lazy and was ready to go home and quickly took off his robe with my case was done.I felt it was very unprofessional. He even tried to give the respondent courtesy phrases when he clearly seen the proof that I had that this individual was stalking me and he would not admit that stalking is illegal. He will tell you he will come back to something you said but he will NOT so please make sure you hold him to it. He feels that anyone can stalk you because it’s public property. As long as they do not physically harm you he will not do anything this person can follow you anywhere they want to go and this just will still not approve it and do his damn job. This judge also favors white Caucasian men like himself and will not say anything negative or derogatory despite how unlawful malicious and aggressive the oppositions behavior has been.Once again if you get stuck with this judge I highly advise that you try to get another judge and read the reviews before you waste your time going to court. When you file a civil harassment suit put a little information in the form because they’re going to deny it anyway, unless physical violence has happened. You don’t want to give the rest of your opposing side everything that you have off the start because it’s going to be denied anyway .
Take your chances in court and take it with another judge. If you go by yourself the judge will barely let you speak if you go with an attorney he will at least let the attorney present the case even though he is already made up his mind .so save your money and try to do some different the law is not on your side especially not with this judge. This is why it’s so important for us to start looking at who we elect on the seat because this guy is clearly just collecting a check.

It is common knowledge that judge Pacheco is corrupt and has his hand out. Watch out if the other side has a lawyer from Huntington Beach or Westminster because they are all his buddies and he will help them and rule against you.

Initially I had high hopes that Judge Pacheco would make his decision based on facts and justice would be served. The antics that went on in his courtroom and behind closed doors had nothing to do with justice. It's difficult for me to even address this but I've come to the conclusion if I don't shed light on this darkness nothing positive will happen. So here's to exposing the truth. It's time to disrobe Randall Pacheco.Transparency can be hard on the eyes. Ouch!

He is biased. . He has no regard for defendants who are victims of malicious plaintiffs. He also postponed a hearing because he had jury duty. We were not informed of this so I had to pay my attorney for coming to court. He also continued another hearing because he had "personal business."

[Redacted.] Important financial decisions were made without allowing expert discovery. Our family business was valued at zero for obvious reasons. The business continues to thrive five years later. Fraud was allowed in this courtroom. Yes! brought to the courts attention by the county attorney, myself, and our adult son. After bringing numerous documented violations of the custody and support orders before the court the orders were modified to further support and enable the misconduct. Our family of four children has been completely shredded and torn apart by the 'family court' 3 of our 4 no longer have a relationship with their father. The youngest stated to me everyone lies in court, and thats the only way to win. He has lost the relationship he once had with the 3 older siblings who have zero faith in our justice system.

Judge Pachecho is a nice man. However, there is much to be desired as far as intelligence goes. In the two times I have been before him, he has grossly failed to follow the law, but only because he is not smart enough, in my humble opinion.

This is the worst judge ever. He allowed perjury even after it was pointed out to him. He stole my children and put them in their lying alcoholic grandfather's hands.
