This judge is a disgrace to the law. She literally disregards every statute in place for her one views of “public interest.” She is an absolute wild card and seems to care more about her make-up job than delivering any sort of result based on the law. No wonder why california is going down in flames. This judge is the torch carrier.

Bias Judge. Does not take time to fully study case history. She is negligent, out unprofessional and does not have the best intrest of the child in mind. If I could request a different Judge,show me where to sign. This has been a nightmare, she has contradicted everything the highly experienced judge had ordered before her. Do your homework, and see why some orders are put in place before proceeding into the court room and crucifying the wrong people. Why is it that the ones doing right, making the life of children way better and getting the children the help they need, are the ones screwed over in the court? Explain that one to me...

A few years ago I testified in a family court proceeding in front of Judge Pegg. I began dating a man whose ex wife was stalking and harassing him as well as my children and I. The documented evidence was so powerful that the RO was granted. In the family court proceedings to follow, Judge Pegg declined to rule on custody which was automatically supposed to be granted to the father based on the RO. In another proceeding, Judge Pegg recommended to the father that he should drop the RO even though he had mounds of additional evidence to show that the mother was continuing to break the order. Since this time, the mom has been found in contempt of court two different times in two separate counties for continuing to break the order. The mom has told terrible stories to their daughter who refuses to speak to her father. Mom has lied in court and admitted later in a private meeting with the father that she did what she needed to do. Judge Pegg's refusal to rule on custody as well as making a recommendation to a victim to drop a restraining order is so shocking to me that I believe she should be investigated.

I was in court as a support person to another individual. I watch the judge take great care and time to instruct persons before her of their rights and ask them questions to see if they understood.
Her bailiff, Ms. Swenson, played a very fine roll in keeping courtroom tensions down by her smiling and helpful manner.

This judge should be disbarred for violating due process and allowing an abuser to have soul legal and physical custody of my child. Ignoring multiple doctors letters and clear psychological, physical and financial abuse to myself and my child and threatening to fine me all ex's lawyer fees, her courtroom is an insane environment for a parent to seek justice. I think she is connected to the good old boys club and turns the other cheek for her voter support/town supporters. Be careful with her, she can turn on you in an instant and forget her previous orders. She also ignored issues that can cause childhood suicide and school shootings. She should be disbarred, however I believe she is now the leader of all the judges and she is on the board if you complain about a judge.

As a court watcher i have witnessed Judge Pegg on a number of occasions. We are very worried about her behavior in court. She violates due process routinely, but she also appears to be inebriated. She lacks focus, her sentences are discombobulated and she forgets her previous orders when making new orders.

This judge acted biased towards me from the get go and didn’t even have her facts accurate on my case. She showed zero care about a parent and child bond and didn’t hold my ex accountable to get my child the care he desperately needed. If anything Happens to my child it is on her shoulders as she was begged to help. I don’t believe she should be a judge in care of children or families. It was, in my opinion, like what I have seen happened at the borders when a parent and child got separated. I describe it as like a “domestic terrorist attack” . When you go to a judge for justice and they won’t listen or read the case I believe they shouldn’t have their job. It broke my heart.

This judge has absolutely no knowledge of jurisdictional issues, specifically move away and interstate issues. She gave my ex a license to legally kidnapped my son and take him across the country without any evidence to suggest she lived out of state before the baby was born, regardless of the fact the baby was born in California.

This Judge is not ethically or morally qualified to do the job she has. She has what is obvious very little knowledge of psychology, child psychology, nor of personality disorders and child abuse.
She may also have become so familiar with the Golden Uterus Syndrome that she is now unable to use logic or common sense in her rulings.
It is deplorable, an absolute diagrace, that she holds the power to give a parent full custody after clear evidence of severe mental and emotional abuse, and deny the other parent custody & the ability to protect their child from being abused.
She is either very nieve and confused, or she is evil and enjoys her power to hurting people.
