This judge not only knows the law he knows when people are abusing the system and actually stops them from doing so. As a stand in judge who came into Calaveras he has been excellent. He shut down one of the most abusive attorneys in the county for submitting orders without the signature of the other party, and sanction them when he found out they had not even given the other side, who was pro se, a copy. Wish Calaveras could get him all the time. A really, really good judge and a good man.
