Most likely the worst judge I've ever appeared before. It's almost funny how seriously this idiot takes himself, but neither I nor opposing counsel walked away satisfied with his bizarre and honestly unsupportable ruling.

It was so bad that opposing counsel actually agreed to a stip AFTER his ruling, because Trendacosta clearly hadn't even bothered to read or understand the pleadings.

I've never felt compelled to rate a judge before, but it's honestly criminal that Judge Trendacosta is allowed to decide cases. This fool should be disbarred, and maybe even put in prison.

Absolutely horrible judge. Abusive and nasty. Its like he wants to find the way to hurt kids the most and then he does it. SHAME ON JUDGE TRENDACOSTA!!!

BTW, his decision was overturned by a later judge in my case, who said that it never should have happened. If idiot Trendacosta had listened instead of telling me to be quiet over and over while he hurt my kids, then he would have seen that. But he does not listen to ANYONE!!!

Absolutely the worst judge I've ever seen. He issued orders that were literally impossible to comply with, and when this was pointed out he threatened to put a 10-year-old in foster care if his orders were not followed. In front of the child he was threatening!

This idiot does not deserve to be on the bench, and should be removed immediately. If you are ever in Dependency Court, say “NO” to the MSC process, because you might get dumbass Tony Trendacosta!
