Biased, incompetent or an insufferable corrupt judge, who makes up law when she doesn't like the legal outcome. She doesnt understand what statutes of limitations and lack of jurisdiction mean. Did not follow facts or law in granting reliefs she was forbidden by law from granting. She rendered declarations or declaratory opinions against law . See LIBRERS v. BLACK (2005) 129 CA 4th 114, 124—“ lack of standing means the court can not rule on merits of the fraud purpose petitions.” She furthered the wrongful, felony acts of certain women, showing bias. She allowed fraudulently acquired, null and void government orders or ID documents stand to subvert justice. No one will challenge her because of her political connections. She is unethical and makes ridiculous, patently absurd determinations with no law or facts to support. For example, after she determined that a man had no standing as a “putative parent” or allowed party to custody requests, in her nonsense , non-binding and prohibited preliminary “statement of decision” she determined that he should be referred to as a man with obligations owed to a person who commited frauds and deceits. Legal chaos and madness ensued.

The top judge in Monterey County. Great demeanor. Firm but Fair. Listens to both sides. Always a pleasure to appear in front of her. Treats everyone with decency and dignity. First rate.
