When I encountered Judge Trevino she was in Family Court, despite her history as a criminal defense attorney. It was clear, not only with her demeanor in my case, but in family court cases proceeding mine, that she was ill equipped to handle family law matters in a fair and unbiased manner. Judge Trevino shows she has little concern for her accountability to families through her emotional responses and proven lack of understanding or research regarding the cases presented to her. Trevino is a judge that should be closely evaluated if ever given the opportunity to rule in a family case again.

Delia Trevino has a tendency to intentionally circumvent the rights of Men. She exhibits extremely alarming biases towards men and people of color. She has no place in Family Court as she is a dishonorable individual who should be removed from the bench and have her Law License terminated indefinitely.
