` Gentleman. Tries too hard to find compromises on evidentiary issues rather than issue rulings, and is not knowledgeable about some issues. THis leads to many problems on complex issues as he would rather not rule on the,. Mistakes are made but not purposeful. Allows jurors to ask questions and unfortunately does not examine the questions in chambers, forcing litigants to object to juror questions in front of the same jurors. Then, he follows up with his own examination which can screw you on expert issues as he does not think through the ramifications of asking questions that were avoided.
