Law and order is difficult when you have thousands of criminals on the wrong side of the law. A very harsh reality to this fact is that there are no witnesses to my problems with being detained in California since buying a Ford Mustang in 2016. The other reality is that gangsta rap artist was singled out and killed after being a witness to how I was followed to this area and selected to lose my car and possibly stabbed to death. Right now the former top brass and the current top brass officers seeking the car be repossessed based on their theft of cars from Fiat/Chrysler in Austin Texas. So Nipsey's death has a Detroit connection and the people involved are cutting off my food stamps, my section 8 housing (while currently keeping me in the filthiest situation with male fungus, and odors of the worst form 24/7). They are constantly killing relatives with a badge while using daily false imprisonment robberies at my accounts to aid and abet every murder for hire business in Detroit and now that Nipsey was killed by one of their top brass officers affiliates, they using lawsuits and robberies to keep me separated from my car and these people are fugitives living off of me in Oakland CA and other cities in California. I am starving and has been selected to pass with bodily injures from the Detroit Police, FBI, Sheriff's who are in the Highland Park Mafia. I know their names and everything and they are stalking me as criminals who kill people from California everyday and my name as a star is why they have thousands of criminals in my presence right now seeking homosexual rape and stabbing called jungle justice and ANC violence. ANC type of violence from the top brass was present when I met Nipsey and it has claimed the lives of my immediate family and right now I am being put out in the streets as though I was Jesus Christ marched through the streets as a sacrificial lamb of the local authorities whose beliefs are in a Voodoo Cult from the Brewster Housing Projects with gangsters from my demented child hood who are bigger than Al Capone running all of their business.

Though once a knee-jerk zealot as an AUSA, Bob Perry has become an excellent down-the-middle judge. He is thoughtful and actually reads stuff that is cited to him. He can be a tad intemperate with both sides if they are late or unprepared, but otherwise he is absolutely first-rate.
