Judge Arian was so kind and patient. My ex could afford a high-priced lawyer, and I had to represent myself. Judge Arian cared as much about what I had to say as the lawyer and ended up giving me the time with my dog that I asked for.

lacks basic temperament, legal knowledge, evidentiary rules and shows extreme bias.

in a case where a minor who was molested sought a restraining order, Judge Arians sided with the predator and refused to protect the minor and children from a convicted felon with history of violence and active warrant.

he also knowingly looked the other way on perjury and allowed recordings of children that violated California's eavesdropping statutes.

This is the type of judge who should never be allowed in our legal system and strongly urge anyone with a case to seek a substitution if possible.

I witnessed Judge make a ruling in favor of a father gaining custody, even after mother expressing exhibits of domestic violence, drug abuse, alcohol abuse, harassment, coercion, and yes even child molestation to a 20 month old girl. Judge didn’t care to see evidence.
Judge was very chummy with the attractive opposing attorney and didn’t take anything I said into consideration; however, believed all the lies He believed their entire declaration and mine backed up by evidence as lies. This guy seems very slow and biased. I’m sorry to have had to sit and hear this case.
I see why he is temp. Maybe should be reevaluated. - concerned citizen
