In a civil case, Hon. Ernst A Halperin handed a few decisions against me and others in my favor, ultimately recused. But nevertheless, I did see his proceeding and performance as a judge, being proper, courteous, and firm. And I do believe he thoroughly considered the applicable law on the issues in front of him.

Favor the DA at every request and doesn't care about right or wrong and not considered the constitutionality of the matter. This county doesn't have any one who abide by the laws.
