Probably could be a good judge but very afraid to ask questions and engage in any kind of back and forth. Also afraid to make even the most practical of decisions without cited legal authority. Never seen her modify her tentative no matter the arguments of counsel. Don't mistake her nodding her head while you talk as agreement with your points. Really doesn't think through the practical consequences of her decisions. To be honest, it's a home court for those who are in her court a lot.
