Dear honor judge Poppins
Hello I am writing you about the rumor that my sister LaTonia scott and three deputies Cassandra cutler,nalijah houng, Ashley marylynn-lewis, and private security tamika brown johnson had shout at me for not been in jail or prison so they went to my sister latonia, told to filed restraining orders on me so wouldn't never seey daughter behind them calling me a snitch for some documents that she stealing from my mother Annette scott house when I was living there an D thrown all my information in the street except my birth certificate and my credit cards that they gave to people. I never I used them cards they right now and that why they all wanted me murdered for my kids Andy money and etc. The royal property management building had all stolen my items out of my mailbox and my apartment and everything else even my life Insurance policy and accident coverage policy paperworks

Women and children are not well protected under Judge Pippins. Male lawyers and fathers are preferred and allowed to dominate his courtroom and his decisions in their favor. One lawyer described it as "the most biased I have ever seen." Pippins has no understanding of abuse or DV - even disregards FCS safety concerns and clear evidence of danger, minimizing women's/mother's safetey concerns on all levels. Women clients and women attorneys: be aware. His friendly demeanor betrays a deep bias (that he likely does not even recognize in himself).

Completely bias to men just as below comments state———has ZERO business in family law, always silencing the woman and catering to the male- extremely vocally aggressive and immature in the court room- he is completely disrespectful towards women and disregarded exhibits and facts and sided with male and turned entire case upside down- case was moving appropriately prior to this judge taking over.

Completely gender biased toward males. Does not consider any truth to financial situations and believes anything the man says as factual. Also ordered mother to pay child support who has very little income when the husband was proven to have lied to the court and made $500,000 in one year. You read that correctly, $500,000! Father quit his job to "start his own company" and judge determined that his prior income was okay to use to start that company (which promptly failed). ZERO ethics from this judge.

I agree with monumental gender bias. Previous veteranjudge awarded support, restraining order and custody and when handed over to Pippins he over turned everthing within 6 months!!! the safety of my children is at risk. Judge was unwilling to really understand what type of income comes with being self employed. Ordered someone with zero income to pay child support. This judge is brand new, no family court background and puts off most decisions. Would not recommend.

Monumental gender bias. Quickness to disregard the law when it serves to do so with the father. Strikingly hypercritical of mothers, silencing them, lending credibility to "professionals" with glaring lack of ethics. One enters the court of Torres and not a court of law.
