Despite the attorneys protest He ruled against the Ca law. He is a bad judge.

A good judge because he listens, cares, and asks good questions. Rarely you find someone this cultured, respectful, and conscientious in OC courts where judges are often free-riders and of low class and manners.

After being in Judge McCartin's chamber for several cases, I was very confident of a fair hearing. But my Case was moved to Judge Hunt and I learned 1st hand what damage to the process 1 horrible judge can do. Surprised not to see glowing comments for Judge McMartin-it seems only the bad guys get attention.
