Duong, mares the integrity of the judicial system, violates the color of law , she does not follow judicial rules of court conduct , i have witnessed Duong break the law in her court room, Duong does bench bully tactics , a victum of a violent crime has the right to speak and collect for his loss. Restitution fines are required by law in every criminal case in which an adult offender is convicted. felonies must pay between $240 to $10,000. (Penal Code section 1202.4(b)) regardless of the case outcome. ON 12/17/2017 @ noon Norteños gang members invaded my home ,a violent home invasion, dressed in full gang attire incl.red bandanas covering the face. and asked wheres the money. then unloaded a 38 rev. into my chest area, one of the bullets remain in my lungs causing breathing problems today. Duong orders three gang members no restitution, JUDGE DUONG BROKE THE LAW , A FEW WEEKS LATER SHE ORDERS A 50.000.00 BAIL, REMANS ME IN COURT, FALSLEY JAILED FOR 4 WEEKS, TAKING LIFE LIMB AND FREEDOM. FALSEY ACCUSED OF ID THEFT. AND DISMISSED. THERES MORE, IM ANDREW DOUGLAS MY CELL IS 408-607-5632 Citizens to recall judge Duong. petition signatures will force a recall vote.

She is never on time and does not uphold the Constitution or follow the California Criminal Procedures. Jacqueline Duong is a fraud and does not uphold her oath of office. She should not be a judge or have the power to administer justice on criminal case matters. She lacks sympathy, compassion, common sense and a sound mind.
