Even though, I haven't received a written order, prevailinge me as the appellant in a trial de novo. He seems logical. Highly attentive, patient, even-handed, accommodating, and helpful.

I think he has dementia. He forgets facts, ignores all evidence. Once he doesn’t like you he will always rule against you. His rulings make no sense.

He takes urgent matters under submission and fails to timely and completely issue orders. He in clearly unqualified for family court. He does not have a understanding of basic child and spousal support issues.

Appears afraid to issue routine orders, such as guideline child support, from the bench. When ultimately issued, the orders were essentially blank as to amounts orders, dates due, etc. Merely signed and dated the support calculation printout.

Yes, I toally agreed that HE is a copy of judge Kevin E. McKenney, a judicial waste!! He looks awful in the court too.

I asked for a continue for my case; he heartless took opponent attorney’s side and refused to continue the case. Due to a drastic car accident happed to me, I am still recovering and am supposed to go back to nursing home.(Ex. A) All my cases are in a continued status due to judge’s order for me to go back to nursing home except this one, he refused to respect other judges orders and he wants me dead. He thinks he is the only judge in the world.

. At the beginning of law & motion, he spent about 15 minutes to introduce future attorney. He was patient to do the thing he enjoyed doing. He introduced them one by one, including but not limited to, name, law school attended and talking about how those youngster feel. He joked about how those young women must feel confused in the law & motion. No one laugh at all; We don’t appreciate his joke at all. He conducted his court like a circus show. He is a confused crown in his court. I’m wondering since he is not one of them; how can he feel for them. In addition, he constantly smiled with those young women and have those bad boy smile every time when he looked at them. So he enjoyed talking about and/or looking at those young women.
He showed up in the court around 9:15am and talked about those young future attorney until at least 9:30am. There is only about 30 minutes left for law & motion. There was at least one summary judgment motion, which requires a lot more times than the usual motion. Since I’m self-represented, he intentionally treated me equally by scheduling at the very last one and refused to read my paper. He planned to conduct a 1 minute circus talking to confuse me. He must stereo typing that most of female especially minority female are easily confused and lacking of logic reasoning abilities. I have a master degree in Computer Science; I am not the kind of person who likes to listen to illogical statements. I stated what I had to say. He was not happy and kept rushing me by lying to me that he’ll read that case. I cited a case during the argument, and he turned to opponent attorney and asks did she cite that case in per paper. I did cite that case in my opposition; however, during the argument I cited to the same case but different page. I realized that he did note even bother to read my paper because all the self-represented parties are poor and stupid. Opponent attorney have been looking for another judge McKenny for a long times and finally found it.
