This judge is inexperienced. I had to inform her 3 times how coordination of benefits works. If she is going to be a judge for a certain scope or for Divorce/Custody specifically than she should educate herself on important details such as medical insurance and how they coordinate. She is also on a "power trip" of some-sort. She wanted to believe that I was arguing with her. There was no "tone" in my voice, my body language did not suggest "argumentative" She doesn't operate like a traditional judge. She asked all of the questions. She also did not ask the same or even close to the amount of questions that the petioner was asked. Although, thankfully, I recieved full decision making; However, she choose not to take into consideration of all facts. This is disheartening. Maybe she should shadow other more experienced judges in this scope. Judges are not perfect however they effect peoples' lives and without knowing all of the facts; can make a detrimental decision for all parties involved. She needs to be exposed to more experienced judges. She has a bit to work on still.

There were no evidence of the allegations that brought us to court and didn’t give the petitioner no consequence for wasting the courts time.She doesn't take the time to make fair decisions on her rulings only seeing one side of the story.She is bias.She doesn't care of how her actions can affect the outcome ofsomeone or childrens life.
I've had 2 bad experiences with this judge to where I bring all evidence to the table and the petitioner has nothing but it's granted things that shouldn't.Rayna needs professional overseeing her work due to her inability to perform the right decisions of law. I will be seeking and asking the courts for a different Judge.

She was Bias. There was no evidence of the allegations that brought us to court and didn’t give the petitioner no consequence for wasting the courts time. Unprofessional has no family law history and how can she be appointed to judge family courts. This is children's lives you are jeopardizing and not taking facts into consideration. Only seeing one side of the story and saying she based her ruling because of a concern that had no evidence. I pray we never go in front of her again. There should be a professional Judge seeing over all her cases to train her and show what she is doing wrong. Being bias is a big red flag for any judge.
