Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CO660
Rating:1.0
Comments:
"Judge" Katherine Janski was an appalling example of someone who had no business holding a judicial position. She blatantly violated explicit court rules and was openly biased, often lashing out at unrepresented parties with hostility and condescension. Her behavior was not just unprofessional but unethical, disregarding both legal standards and fairness. Judge Janski’s actions were not only a miscarriage of justice but a flagrant abuse of power. Given her blatant bias and disregard for the rule of law, she did not deserve to be called a judge, and it was a disgrace that she ever remained on the bench.

Comments:
Thankfully following “retirement” of Arapahoe County, CO District Judge Natalie Chase jackass Janski “retired” after another federal section 1983 lawsuit was brought against her!!! She literally allowed an attorney to practice in Small Claims Court by vacating default judgement in favor of pro se litigant AFTER statute of limitations and took over 353 days to issue Small Claims decision which she unlawfully combined with County Court case which attorney failed to follow… Her animus was so obvious she went so far to set appeal bond of $3500 when Denver District JUDGE properly granted same appealing pro se litigant waiver of appeal fees and bonds…. Never produced paid for designated key witness transcript yet alone Small Claims Record to cover and conceal her illegal actions…. Sadly white women jurist “retire” (Chase & Janski) to avoid judicial discipline which unfortunately is closed to The People/Public of Colorado…… Chief Justice Amico takes a “bent blind eye” to “Karen’s”/Klan presiding in Kolorado Kourts (KKK)…
