Comments:
Too early to rate in most of the categories. Will revisit this review later if possible, but wow, first impression: not a nice person, condescending and insensitive, cynical. Cruel even

He is well-prepared and asks informed questions. He stays focused on the issues and merits and doesn't get distracted. Certainly one of the better state court judges I've appeared before.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CT570
Rating:9.9
Comments:
Recently mediated a case, listened thoroughly and weighed everyone's point of view. Proposed a solution neither party had considered. Both sides pleased he was willing to spend the entire afternoon with us.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CT564
Rating:9.9
Comments:
He's always prepared, sometimes more than the attorneys. He will consider strong arguments that are presented clearly. He stays involved throughout status conferences and pretrials and will help with difficult clients.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: CT552
Rating:6.3
Comments:
Tends to be conservative. I agree that he is a bit condescending. Thinks very highly of himself and is not shy about sharing his conservative ideology. Not great if you're a plaintiff, or if you're not in his clique of trial lawyers.

Comments:
Had a pretrial with him this week. He is a smartass...slight case of Robe-itis...not the worst I have seen but still there. He was condescending and more concerned with scheduling rather than settling it.

I don't know where the previous comments are coming from but this guy is a total rube. He knows less than nothing and acts like he is the smartest man in the world. Poor decisions that are hastily written with little research.
