Takes care of his cronies in the AFCC. Rubber stamps everything they want. Biased and incompetent. Lets GALs do the work for him. Lazy, does not listen to witnesses and reads the New York Times from the bench during cases.

The old bird showed his incompetence and deteriorating brain functions in his reappointment hearing before the judicial stooge committee. The old boy spilled his drool cup a few time in attempting to avoid the obvious questions. He revealed that he was 'mentored' by the evil witch Lynda Munro. Proof that cancer spreads among the judges. Now the silliness of the Foy case is revealed, a nut for a judge and the Constitution goes out the window. An inbred, incompetent old man who lost grasp on reality, pretending to be an instrument of rule of law and element of justice, put back on the bench to fester for another term and destroy the elements of liberty. Connecticut, a place where liberty goes to die.

Judge Fazzini completely ignored ongoing violations of orders in my case, and frequent reports of alienation and abuse of my sons. He issued a capias against me, forcing me to liquidate my sons' college funds to pay for a GAL who did no work of any kind on my case and who never once submitted a bill explaining what he should be paid for.
