He mainly pretries cases. His main settlement technique is to push hard (perhaps I would even say yell). He doesn't know what to do if you say "I won't settle at the figure sir." He will want to speak to your client to tell them you are doing a bad job...and I always let him because my clients will back me up. I don't think this is an effective settlement technique. Other than that, her is a personable fellow.

There is a wind about that may blow Judge Levine over to the family court to clean up the messes of the evil stepsisters of Wetstone, Murphy, Munro and dykish Bozzuto. The present head of family court has landed the Connecticut Jokery of Justice in the lime light for chasing citizens to get money for the pet GALs The legislature, the people and the Constitution is tired of this extortion racket and the judges who RAN it.....new mature responsible juris prudence is on its way in. Levine's name is all over it. The wrecking ball comes to crush the lawyer/judge mafia of family court. Might even expose the trafficking of kids and the laundering of money that makes the family court such a lucrative place to destroy families and take all their money. The bell tolls and Levine is tapped to ring it. Hope he brings in the feds....only way to get rid of Chase.
