He is very biased. He allows people to lie and change their story during a hearing and does not question or even request evidence to support their story. He makes claims of witnesses not being credible even though there is evidence to support their testimony. He does not care about the truth. He also does not care that there were clear errors that were made that affect people that are not even relevant to the case. He also mocks people that chose to be a living organ donor. He basically states after a certain time frame it is not longer a big deal. To have someone be honorable and act this way is disgrace and he should be reprimanded for how his treats people that he clearly does not like.

This judge has a clear bias against my husband. We have tried multiple times to fix an absurd alimony award that my husbands ex wife received based on a financial form was that incorrect. It was based on multiple errors including using my income. During the last hearing this judge allowed my husband's ex wife to lie on her financial affidavit to the tune of over $200000 less on her home value. She kept changing her story as well. My husband's attorney was rudely interrupted when he was stating that my husband donated a kidney while he and his ex were married. The judge basically stated it was long ago and it was irrelevant. My husband's attorney asked why his ex was not working and stated she was immune compromised and has night blindness and the only job she was qualified for was 75 miles away. At the end of the hearing the judge refused to allow my husband's attorney to make any additional comments. The entire hearing this judge acting like he was annoyed. The outcome for this hearing was the everything was denied. My bankruptcy attorney and myself testified regarding the errors and Judge Truglia determined that our testimony was not credible. I have children that I support and this judge and the ct court system is forcing me to use my money to support a women that refuses to work and I have no legal for financial obligation to.

I would give a 0 rating it is were possible.

One of the most [redacted] unprofessional people to ever sit on a bench. He should not be permitted to sit on a bench at the park, never mind in a court room. A real estate lawyer, who was lobbied for appointment [redacted] a politically connected politician. Because he did not have the merits to obtain this position on his own. [redacted]

Judge Truglia made a fair, reasonable and equitable decision on my long and overly drawn out custody case. He was extremely patient and was able to recognize immediately the problems on the other side. My children, thanks to Judge Truglia, are happy and thriving and living the childhood they deserve to have.
