My daughter doesn't have a voice. Her Dad moved out of state with her. You took her right to be safe away. You took her voice away. When I do see her, she looks like a wounded soul. Her eyes are hollow. Her Dad drops her off at the train station like she is cargo waiting to be picked up, not like a child in need of direction and guidance. A LITTLE GIRL. SHE IS A LITTLE GIRL.

I petitioned the court for help, but instead of help you gave my 17 month old daughter to a man that would not allow me to check on her in his care. A child that was born with a condition. You justified that behavior. Not one! Not one condition was put into place to protect this child. You should have never been allowed to over see ANY CASE INVOLVING CHILDREN.

The OIG office needs to be notified of this Judge and the D.C. Family Court Division. An investigation of Judge Clark, Satterfield, Combs, Lopez, Rankin and all that have handed domestic / child custody cases to be audited and investigated.

My Dad would say, "You want what you are not willing to give." Even as a small child I knew exactly what he ment. He would say it quietly when he would see injustice to someone by another person who was not fit to protect or execute justice BECAUSE that person had NO CLUE as to what justice really was. The person knew power and control. Judge Clark "You want want what you are not willing to give." Which includes ...respect, understanding, patience, justice, guidance, wisdom, kindness, honesty

I have been in Law Enforcement for over 16 years. I have never been in contact with a group of legally unaware judges, lawyers and advocates like I've been in this Washington DC area. I am sick to know that there is no accountability with the D.C. Judges. I take pride in knowing that a complaint by a citizen to the police department is simple and not an act of congress. I never get tired of calls in the community that has to deal with quality of life. The ability to solve minor issues on every level is vital. Judge Clark should not have been given the authority to oversee any family court cases. She doesn't have the ability to solve minor issue. If she has the brain matter to manipulate a situation into something it was not , that makes her a criminal. The clause of a judge having a right to judge however is wrong.

No wisdom as a judge. You failed, women, children and men. You signed off on a piece of paper that caused my daughter her strength. It meant nothing to you then and I'm sure it means nothing to you now. You and Satterfield have/ had no authority to oversee any part of the Family Division. You are a con artist. I did not have a history of abandoning children and you manipulated the situation to make it appear as though I did. I am actually the opposite. I keep my children very close. I preach to kids to respect authority. When you signed my daughter to her Dad, you caused me to rethink my words to them. Your words has held weight and caused irreparable damage to this little girls life and mine.

RICO Racketeering in DC Family Court. To give a father custody of. 17 month old with proof of the father alienating , father threatening to take my daughter away. There was no maltreatment from me. You said I abandoned her. She was with her father for one week after I was in a car accident and my mother was in the hospital. Why did you do this to this little girl?

There is no accountability withe DC court. There is no accountability with Judge Clark. The juveniles missing in DC were not abducted. Most of them are run aways. How many of them went through the Juvenile court system? How many informed the court of issues in there home? Or how many were taken out of homes with no issue and placed into foster care? The system is a joke. Chief judge Sadderfield turned a blind eye to the issues in DC court. He failed DC for years.

Nothing will be done about Judge Jeanette Clark. She will have her tenure. Judge sattelfield did not take the issues with his judges violating children's and parent's rights seriously. I pray that the new chief judge is able to identify the major issues with his judges and NOT allow tenure to dictate the terms of getting rid of judge's like Jeanette Clark. The after effects of judge Clark's decisions with children's lives are far more costly than her tenure retirement.for the damage she has done with one child...the generational effects out weighs her tenure.

Your choice to manipulate the situation with my daughter has caused her voice to be silent, it has caused my voice to be silent. There is an institutional protection that gives you the green light to violate the rights of children and women, without accountability. It is left to the parent that doesn't have the financial means to fight for right and the additional mess judge Clark creates. The system victimizes the victims. I DON'T INVOLVE RACE INTO SITUATIONS OFTEN, BUT If I were a different race in judge Clark's courtroom and I presented this exact situation to You, you would have felt a need to protect this child and me. You would have said this child needs to be with her mom, instead of blaming me for my words to an abusive man. Fast forward 4 years, this man has moved out of state with my daughter. So it is for me to continue to fight for her protection.No money. No attorney.

I observed how you allowed this ma to CONTROL your courtroom. You gave him custody of a little girl without warrant. He has now done to her what he couldn't to me. I have been fighting for years to protect her and get her back. I look and this child who has no soul, because she has no voice. The ripple effect of Jeanette Clark's decision is immeasurable. There are situations when a father is needed to take custody of a child. THIS was not one of them. Giving an 17 month old to a man that displayed poor communication, poor behavior, poor co-parenting, isolation of
a little girl. You failed to protect.

The amount over lives that has been changed forever because of one person that had more authority than what they should have. I am grateful for future cases being saved from faulty judgement. Judge Clark could never oversee another Domestic case and it will never make up for what she has done as a judge.

The is an institutional protection that does not hold her accountable for the violation children's rights and parent's rights. Horrible judgement for a judge. Immunity allows bad judges like Judge Jeanette Clark to not be fair, to not protect a child, woman or man. To manipulate the facts to make a man or a woman appear in a way that is NOT true. Someone wrote previously that she is a danger to the public, which is true,bust she has also made society worst by planting rotten seeds in many families over the years she has been on the bench.

Judge Clark was given the Authority, but doesn't have the Authority to oversee Domestic/ Child Custody cases BECAUSE she is NOT qualified to. Every case involving children that was handled by Judge Clark should be investigated.

In their comment below the word farce was use. Unfortunately Judge Clarks courtroom has been that for years. I apologize for the following comparison but the only way for anyone to understand this judge's role in her courtroom is to say she is the ringmaster in her own circus. People present in her courtroom with real issues. They are ashamed to be there,because they don't want their life exposed,like how I didn't. They are nervous,like how I was and they are looking for leadership from this judge like how I did. You will have your life exposed by this judge that shows no leadership. I presented in her courtroom believing I would/ my child would be placed in a safe environment and that a safety plan would be put in place for my child. It did not happen. Judge Clark placed my child in a dangerous situation. I am/ was dragged into a situation that I have to keep quiet so I won't cause this man or his family to harm me or my child. I had to deal with my child's father coming to my job and making police reports. He alienates my child. He doesn't keep her doctors appointments, take her to her doctors appointments or make her doctor's appointments. The unnecessary suffering this judge has caused to my child, her siblings and me are indescribable.

No law was applied in my case. Judge Clark's decision to give my daughter to her Father was based on the Judge's own agenda. Judge Clark's lack of concern and scattered thinking is unfathomable until you have witnessed it. Lack of concern and scattered thinking that placed my daughter in an abusive situation. Lack of concern and scattered thinking, by this Jude, that uses trivial words to say that a mother is reporting abuse to win, when abuse (sexual abuse) has taken place. Lack of concern and scattered thinking, by this Judge, that mocks/jokes about real life situations. Lack of concern and scattered thinking by this Judge, that doesn't protect the child.

A DANGER TO THE PUBLIC.
Judge Clark's complete disregard or ignorance of precedent leaves her adrift in any instance where she cannot simply divide the baby. I have never seen her take the caselaw provided in motions briefing and her apply or distinguish authorities to the case at hand. I don't know what her criteria are for selecting law clerks, but they have no idea what they are doing either and she can't help them. There is a complete vacuum of scholarship in her chambers. She needs to be removed from the Superior Court civil docket before it becomes more of a farce than it already is.

It is a matter of time before Judge Clark is investigated, along with The Chief Judge. As a judge you have a duty to make sure justice is served. That there is to be justice for all, including a child, judge Clark. You have a duty to maintain decorum, in your courtroom AND with yourself. Your courtroom is a circus. You are not fair and make sure justice is served. A call to crongress for an investigation of you, the senior judge and Ed court needs to be made. You have displayed nothing but poor leadership. This judge was appointed in 2002. So for more than 14 years this judge has been allowed to destroy families. In the 14 years of her being on that bench, I know she has received training in how to identify certain elements in cases that qualifies the individuals in the case to get help, keep them protected ,etc. This judge presents as an instigator in a "fight", not a problem solver. Court is a tough place to be in any situation, but when a case inviolves children, you feel alone and afraid. This judge is NO different than the abusive men presenting in her courtroom.

A complaint against a judge should be taken very seriously. The system in this country is no more sophisticated than the third world ( developing countries) we see on television. Judge Clark is a carbon copy of the poor character,no value society of people she sides with in court. She uses her position to intimidate (no different than an official in a third world country). She uses her position to let you know she is in charge. BUT SHE DOESN'T use her position to help all involved in domestic cases. Judge Clark gave my DAUGHTER to her dad. You fail judge Clark. The senior/ chief judges don't look into complaints against their judges, I believe congress (some official ) should know about the state of DC court.

I am still coping with life after Judge Clarke gave my daughter' s dad primary custody of her. Judge Clarke ruled in this case without taking into account the entire case, that involved abuse. I felt then, like I do now, that Judge Clarke fails as a person of authority. She has knocked women's and children's, right to be safe so far back to the Jim Crow period. She doesn't take pride in her job or does she keep in mind the injustice in this country just a few decades ago. SHE HAS THE ABILITY AND THE MEANS TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE, but she operates in a manner of pure recklessness. My life was not a social experiment, my daughter's life was not, Judge Clark.

Whether she was appointed, elected or placed to serve on the Bench in another manner,Judge Jeanette Clark fails as a person of authority, who can make a difference for good. She allowed the Defendant in my case to manipulate her court room. She gave my daughters father primary custodial rights to my then 18 month old daughter. I have been battling for my daughter's rights ever since. The bottom line is that citizens have a right to notify each other, the Chief Judge and the government in reference to Judge Clark.

This judge is the worse. You will not wil if you have her. I sat there and watch her alow loosers that don’t want to take care of their kids pay $50.00 a month for child support and put me and other fathers on $800.00 a month child support. She is one sided and bias towards women. If you have her you will not win. At all.

Unfortunately, judge clark applies the bench the same skills required to be a fast food cashier - choose from the standard menu items. I don't believe she read the statements submitted, failing to address the particular context of my case and she completely dismissed that whole "equal protection" thing and numerous specific laws, instead focusing on one line in the DC code. This is family court judge who could not answer a simple question about child support guidelines. Furthermore, she allowed the opposing attorney to present unsubstantiated and false information without question. Last, she accused me of bringing a frivolous motion that could have been avoided by consulting an attorney first. Well, I had consulted a DC family law attorney, who agreed my issue was legitimate. Sadly, she is just another cog in the system that promotes production line litigation rather than enforcing justice. I'll have a Number 5, please.

By far the worst judge I have ever appeared before in 20 years of practice. She is so ignorant that even citing the statute didn't get her to the right place and I was giving her a citation that helped THE OTHER SIDE because I knew she was relying on the wrong statute and we'd end up getting an order for a retrial from the DC Court of Appeals if the error were not fixed before trial. The error was that bad, and that obvious. Worse judge ever.

Judge Clark is a moralizer who does not care to know the objective meaning of such words as "purported" or "alleged". She sits in a coutroom without a care for whether she has read a court document carefully and proceeds to push her ignorant reading of it. The difference between a finding of fact and a conclusion of law is lost on her, and she takes umbrage when her second-hand reading is challenged. Not an ounce of critical thinking at work there. She is clearly self-sought moral power without analytical ability.
