This judge is unflailingly courteous to lawyers and litigants, always unflappable, seems to allow pro se litigants to speak without letting them run wild, is prepared, will help pro ses at the margins, and commands respect from all in the courtroom.

Magistrate Judge Beshouri is very cautious and thorough, especially with pro-se litigants. He will take time to read pleadings/praecipes from the bench and even make grammatical corrections. It may seem like an eternity, but if you exercise patience, he will try and work with you.
