Years ago, this guy started yelling at me in a case like I was an African Slave. I use to be a Social Worker so I could immediately tell there was some mental or emotional problem he was dealing with. I yelled right back at him. Then he had the nerve to say this is a courtroom not a "kitchen tale." That was a racist statement. He asked why was I yelling, I told that fool because "You are yelling at me." I was very upset about it so I called one of my law school professors who was a sitting judge if I should file a complaint with that worthless Committee on Judicial Tenure and Disabilities. He immediately started yelling and defending judge Mize. I didn't even know the guy could talk like that. They all protect each other. In law school we joked that he was an Uncle Tom. We were right. He's dead now. All I can say is that he was a good criminal law professor. A lot of the Judges are suffering with more than "bad temperament." Some are mentally and emotionally ill. Beware.
