Judge Broderick is respectful, incisive and fair. She examines the issues carefully and seeks a solution which is just for all involved.

Judge Broderick has proven herself to be a fair jurist. She always carefully examines both sides of any dispute and comes back with a fair assessment -- even if I don't always agree with the outcome. Before appearing before this judge, I was worried that she would be very government/prosecutor-oriented, but she has demonstrated otherwise. A great judge to appear before!

Lacks a proper judicial temperament, improperly pressures parties to settle, and had a terrible reputation as an Assistant U.S. Attorney (her ethics were questioned when she became a judge). Her nasty attitude towards lawyers who she feels have crossed her is an embarrassment in front of clients. She should be put in an administrative position far away from attorneys and the public view.
