Judge Galluzzo discriminates based on race and sex and his rulings are evident of this. No matter what the facts are, he will always be in favor of mothers and the white parties involved. If you're a father, especially a black one, there's no hope for you in his court room. He does not care what is in the best interest of children and does not read through the files in his cases. He makes knee jerk decisions and his rulings contradict each other from one hearing to the next.

Would anyone like a letter John wrote threatening me and my family on State letterhead? I have in my possession possibly the most self-incriminating letter John probably ever wrote. It is absolute proof of his corruption. Email me at higerd@gmail.com, and I will scan and send to whomever would like a copy. He did it to protect another white supremacist, former judge Ken Lester. Good old boys making about $200,000 per year who hate African Americans. The letter tells all the story needed. It’s how these judges respond when complaints are real.

Even though the citizens of Seminole County voted twice not to elect this clown as judge clearly because he was not qualified to be one. He then had Governor Jeb "Light Weight" Bush to appoint him as one making him the hack he is. He is a horrible judge that caters to his favorite pal attorney's to anything they want. When he conducts a hearing he allows no testimony instead loves to hear himself talk and provides his own evidence and says the stupidest things and always uses his Italian family as examples in any and all cases. He then makes a ruling that his favorite pal attorney has told him to do. He and his fellow judges, Lester and Stacy promoted and protected the criminal guardian Rebecca Fierle. The four of them should share the same prison cell together for a very long time.

This judge can easily be bought and it is quite apparent that what he did with the Aguirre matter is the prime example of how this judge believes no one deserves justice if it is against the state or against his buddy lawyers. This goes beyond his discretionary powers. Discretionary powers, when handed over to the wrong people, can have lives at stake, and we see this with what has occurred in guardianship cases that were handed to Rebecca Fierle. No immunity in the world should protect this judge and the jqc, the governor's office and the state of florida (fbi too) should be ashamed of themselves for not listening to hundreds of complaints against this judge. When will it be enough?

Galluzzo is bumper car buddies with the inept Lester. Galluzzo orders the hearing and Lester appears as the judge and vice versa. They ought to take their act on the road far from Central Florida and preferably on a one way trip. Galluzzo is a ghoul, likes signing DNR's and cremation orders. Halloween is every day with his life and in his courtroom. A disgusting creepy character. He doesn't understand due process or his duties as a judge to be fair and impartial. Karma is on the way.

My child was molested more times because Judge Galluzzo took the injunction off of a family member that had already been verified by the DCF to have sexually abused her, without hearing a single shred of evidence. We just found out that there have been more occurrences that could have been prevented if we had a judicial system that did their job in protecting citizens. Politicians, police, court staff, nobody cares that the children are being harmed by this judge’s actions. He will probably go on forever committing these crimes because even the 5th District Appellate Court favors this judge. He is equivalent to Hitler, and Seminole County is Nazi Germany where molestation and murder is encouraged and rewarded. God save us.

Rebecca Fierle is the "tip of the iceberg" ladies and gentlemen. Galluzzo barged into the Allied Veteran's hearing, remember that? Why did he go out of his way to take on the emergency hearing for Fierle's cases. I, as a lawyer, do not think it ends here with just Fierle. If all of this happened with Fierle, I am willing to be other families and alleged criminals have been prosecuted to the fullest when they were innocent. He needs to retire because he cannot make decisions anymore.

Ruined my life with my kids after lies by my former wife after I had 50/50 timeshare for 13 years. His condescending demeanor and actions are disgraceful to all people of Seminole county. This judge is an embarrassment to Seminole County! He needs to be voted out of office. He destroyed the relationship of my fiancé and his children by taking 50/50 custody away after 13 years. After listening to Judge Galluzzo's interview with the children, I was appalled at the leading questions and lack of follow through when there were discrepancies. A judge is supposed to be fair, unbiased and a servant of the law, this man is none of those things. He seems to have some kind of "God complex" and should be removed before he ruins anymore lives.

I am truly sad that I have lost the love of my life because of this judge's actions. From all the reports I have read and all the actions taken by this judge, I lost my boyfriend. To put a man through this while not allowing him to see his child is such a sinful act and it is something the judge should be honest about and he should care about parents and their fight just to see their children. If a mother has not seen her child in years and has not stopped fighting to see her child then how would you call this justice without finding that woman unfit? The judge picks a side from the start so don't even bother hiring a lawyer if certain lawyers are on the other side of the aisle. Even if you are blatantly right with evidence right in front of this judge he will rule against you anyway. There is no law with this judge. There is definitely no empathy in this judge either.

Which ever lawyer is going to hire him when he is off the bench is who he will side with. As a constituent who has seen friends and their families destroyed just makes me pray more than anything that no one ever has a case with this man. If you wear a certain color on the day of the hearing and he doesn't like it you can kiss your ass goodbye. There is no ethics, law or human rights concern for this judge. Facts and evidence will make a case not the lawyer you are in bed with, looking or a nice place to land after retirement. It is such a horrible game played on our friends and their families. Horrible man.

I have witnessed as a non-party for the past four years plus how this judge operates. He thinks he is above the law and some type of a mob boss of some sort. One of my best friend's who is the nicest man I know since I moved to this country has not seen his child for years and for no reason at all. He has shown me every single piece of evidence in his case and I cannot believe he still cannot see his son and it is a direct human rights violation as to what this judge does with no checks and balances at all. This judge has treated my friend and whoever represents him like total garbage and I am talking about a man who is well respected within the community. The judge already knows day one which side he will pick no matter what. He does not look at the law or the evidence and he avoids trial.

Even though my divorce has been an ugly one, I appreciate the fact that this honorable judge presided over my case.He saw right through the lies and made up accusations from an ex that is a federal agents. After 8 years of 50/50 custody, and despite nothing but lies from opposing, father lost all contact with his child. Mother even officially admitted that she had nothing except the testimony of 12 year-old child. For no good reason, Galuzzo secreted child away without transcripts or video (child later admitted she gave dishonest testimony) - after which Galuzzo refused to grant the trial for which we had been waiting a full year (which would have exposed mother to multiple counts of perjury). In the months following, Galuzzo also blatantly lied on at least two separate occasions until he finally ruled it was in child's best interest to have no contact with father. On judgment day, I will testify against Galuzzo for meting out such injustice - and may God have mercy on his soul.

this clown sits up on the bench, playing solitaire or sleeping, and declares himself an expert on law based on his gray hair. that might be the case, but he lacks even the elementary math skills that it takes to follow and enforce chapter 61 guidelines.

this circuit is the dirtiest in the state and that he is the chief justice; like being the head of the thieves' guild, it's not the least skilled thief that rises to the top.

Never read any motions. Half asleep during what was suppose to be a short matter hearing allowed opposing counsel to schedule hearing within a day even after receiving a request from a defendant needing time to prepare because their attorney withdrew from their case. The judge ruled to have alimony held in a trust until trial. The alimony is 90% of this single mothers income, and ex husband makes over 150k year. This single mother had non modifiable alimony that did not expire until dec 1st, 2015. It was apparent this judge could care less the financial devastation he just placed on her family.

thanks to this guy, i am currently taking home $.28 of every dollar I earn while my son's mother takes $.36. put another way, I deposit $.77 into the bank for every $1.00 I am forced to pay a woman who refuses to work and is using the my son and this court to extort money from me. and this guy is not only letting it happen, but extending it by continuing to delay my trial. He refused to hear testimony because, in his own words, he was only addressing short-term issues, however the short term has come and gone by nine months and the time time period he refused to hear about has also come and gone.

my only guess is that since my son's maternal grandparents are of the same ilk as this guy (all Rs), he is giving her preferential treatment. I used to have faith in the justice system, but this guy has proven that the subjective nature of our legal system can and does ruin the lives of the unconnected honest.

Judge Galluzzo tossed 1000s of traffic citations and slammed the tool road authority over bogus tickets. He stood-up for the little guy more than any judge in the 18th Circuit ever has.

I would agree with the other posters and would add this. I am a litigant. Judge Galluzzo does not read the motion, not only interupts but actually will cross examine "expert witness" in court as if he were defense counsel, showing a clear bias. He departs and deviates from the "essential requirements of the law" as ruled by the 5th DCA now in our second trip down
to the 5th DCA. "Galluzzo" is the most appealed Judge in the 18th Circuit and it is not amusing any longer for litigants, nor attorneys involved. Go to the 5th DCA and look at the appeals on this Judge. It is a clear problem.
