She is incredibly fair and knowledgeable. She has always displayed respect in the courtroom, even when the respect is not reciprocated, and she tells it like it is. She expects everyone to do their job correctly. An expectation that anyone would have from their staff. It is obvious that those who commented negatively about her, were either staff who didn't do their job or criminals/defendants that weren't doing what they were supposed to be doing. She is an all-around incredible judge!

Very disrespectful to her staff. She has fired secretary after secretary. Changes Bailiffs often. Rude and poor manners

Comments:
The worst judge on the bench. She treats everyone jn her courtroom with a complete lack of respect, including her staff. She is flat-out rude.

Apparently is unable to come to terms that she is no longer a State Attorney. Just a nasty disposition. Somewhat knowledgeable but extremely pro-state on criminal matters and clueless on civil matters.

Just abusive to everyone. Thinks she's the smartest person in the room and rarely is.

If you are a smoker, don't let her know. Your case will be over then and there regardless of it's merits.

Patronizing & arrogant. Thinks Domestic Violence is beneath her.

Comments:
I agree completely with both comments below. Judge Brennan will be a good judge, but isn't one yet. I saw her hesitate in granting a domestic violence injunction against a respondent who flat out committed perjury in court. Once she gets used to the civil rules and the civil burden of proof, she should be OK, though.

Will be a fine judge. Needs time to learn.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comments:
Judge Brennan needs to recognize that civil cases cannot be determined under criminal law. Apparently, she has not grasped the distinction yet.
