With Judge Rosa C Figarola receiving All1 Star negative reviews is appears she wasn’t qualified to hold the position. Wonder how many lives she harmed.

"Judge" "Rosa Figarola" entered a DEFAULT Termination of Parental Rights (TPR) against me for "abandonment" in a Private Petition (filed by the Mother) where the State of Florida / DCF did not join the case because the findings of "abandonment" were not there. The Mother hired attorney Roberta Mandel, a former co-worker of Rosa Figarola, who was granted EVERYTHING, including a $65,000+ Writ of Bodily Attachment and Break Order to collect attorneys fees in the process of the TPR matter. Not only is this unheard of, but I was flat-out denied Counsel (in a TPR matter) and denied all telephone appearances (I live in Palm Beach County); Rosa Figaorla specifically wanted me to appear to get me arrested and pay her friend, Roberta Mandel, the money she was granted for attorneys fees. She would not stay the Writs of Bodily Attachment for me to appear. Further, after losing by default, Rosa Figarola Ordered I pay an additional $100,000 to her friend Roberta Mandel so that she could write the response to the appeal that I had not even filed (it was assumed based on the default ruling).

I even had two (2) different attorneys appear on my behalf but they were thrown out of Court AND Figarola disgorged their retainers and had it paid to her friend, Mandel, while still enforcing the Writs of Bodily Attachment for non-payment of the $65,000+.

YES: I LOST MY PARENTAL RIGHTS BY A DEFAULT JUDGMENT IN A PRIVATE TPR PROCEEDING - ONLY POSSIBLE IN MIAMI - ONLY POSSIBLE WITH ROSA FIGAROLA.

I HAVE NOT SEEN NOR SPOKEN WITH MY SON (MY ONLY CHILD) SINCE FEBRUARY 2015 (he was five - now 12) - BUT - I HAVE STILL NOT STOPPED TRYING TO GET IT REVERSED.

JOIN ME IN LAWFULLY RIGHTING THE WRONGDOINGS OF ROSA FIGAROLA.

This judge is extremely unprofessional and rude. She screams at parents and puts them down instead of uplifting them and bringing families together. She does the opposite. She would call me a drug addict when I tested positive 3x for marijuana in 3 years and was denied access into drug court. She would put me down for crying when she would be insulting me with such lack of empathy because I would cry, saying “look how unstable you are”. As if having emotions is a crime. This judge should be disbarred. She works hand in hand with dcf state attorneys who falsify records and she refuses to review evidence which goes against the state.

Judge Rosa Figarola presided over a probate case I was invlolved in to correct my father's probate that was affected by Tortious Interference of an Expectancy.

Her ENTIRE TIME was spent typing on her computer like a teenager she even stated, that she was just "typing notes"when she excused herself for not "seemingly paying attention".

She completely ignored "live testimony" from the person responsible for the offense which proved the T.I.o.E. and when the allotted time was up for the trial, she ruled not to correct the probate.

As a tax paying citizen whose taxes dollars are responsible for paying the salaries of our city's Judicial System officials, I can honestly say we are paying for the most inept system.

As the case pointed the finger at two separate attorneys working in collusion with each other and the person who profited from the T.I.o.E. it would seem that, much like her current trouble in the DCF issue in favoring a particular company, she seems to be reluctant to be able to permit criminals in the legal prfoession from being brought to justice.

This judge is rude and disrespectful. She screams, calls parents names and lacks empathy. Instead of uplifting grieving parents, she puts them down and leaves them feeling hopeless.

Walked into a hearing and said she had never done this type of proceeding before and stated that she had no idea what she was doing. She proceeded to introduce legal arguments on behalf of one party.
