When his golfing buddies families come into his courtroom he automatically ASSUMES they are correct and give them what ever they want... Because of this judge my kids were taken from me and giving to their so called father and were not only physically but mentally abused also...he tried to hold me in comtempt of court because I disobeyed his orders that put my children in danger...now has signed a new order dropping the sum of child support because he got bogus information from my ex and giving him over payment credits that are dated back to my daughters 18th birthday in which she was still in school and did not graduate until may 31, 2014...Now because this judge placed a new order child support enforcement will not enforce the order he set down because he put in the order that my ex gets a credit for over payment...although it shows a deduction for the difference...but should only be half of the credit...If any one goes in front of this judge have a change of judges he is a crook and don't know why he is still on the bench.
